The sewage pump station is a reenforced concrete structure constructed using sheet piles. The approximate depth of the pump is 49 feet beneath ground.

The above ground structure consists of masonry walls & metal roof. The sewage pump station is tied into the Surrey sewage system.

Construction of Firehall No. 9 consisted of a two (2) storey steel frame structure, two truck services areas each with three truck lanes. The central portion of this development consisted of a recreation area, storage, living and sleeping quarters.`

The new second floor addition was connected to the main floor via a double height lobby area at the main entry of the school. This addition involved the construction of a new library, computer room, learning assistance suite and offices, new science room, art rooms, boy’s and girl’s washroom facilities and support. Renovations to Ross Road Elementary School included the administration and staff room areas and the conversion of one classroom area into a utility area. Close attentation was required with school personnel since classes were in session during construction. The project was completed in eight (8) months

Queen Mary Elementary is a Heritage School located at 230 West Keith Road, North Vancouver, BC. The major construction took place in the following areas:  Demolition of the existing northeast wing,  construction of a three storey concrete, steel and brick addition . Major interior renovations of the existing school including construction of a seismic sheer wall constructed in the middle of the existing school Exterior development involved blending the exterior architectural details with existing details.

Child Care Facilities, Richmond, BC

This childcare & adult care facility is located in Richmond, BC. This project consists of two facilities joined together.

The exterior is constructed of cedar siding, SBS flat roof, wood windows with smoke tinted glass & stainless steel.  The interior finishes include carpet, vinyl and composite tile.

The landscaping features various play areas for children children of different age groups

BC Hydro Childcare, Burnaby, BC

The facility is located in Burnaby, BC.

The Childcare facility is approximately 7,500 Sq. Ft in size and accommodates 35 children on the main level. The construction completed in April 1995 for BC Hydro.  The playground is behind the building surrounded by a cedar fence.  The interior of the building featured some child-centered extras like a front entryway furnished to look like a home. Each classroom features direct access to the outdoor play area, generous storage area & windows at a child’s eye level.
