Roman Portnoy, P. Eng. – President and General Manager. Roman Portnoy has over twenty-five years of construction expertise and has extensive experience in the construction of commercial, institutional, light and heavy industrial projects.  Roman was a Senior Construction Manager on various types of projects ranging from $1 million to $41 million dollars.  Some of these projects have been: Assisted Living Complex (104 suites) in Abbotsford, B.C.; Mix-Use Building on Main St., Vancouver; Crestwood Development in Edmonton, Alta.; SaskFerco Nitrogen Fertilizer Plant in Belle Plaine, Saskatchewan; various projects for Syncrude Canada in Ft. McMurray, Alta.; Shell Canada in Ft. Saskatchewan, Alta.; Fire Hall #9 in Surrey, B.C.; Sewage Treatment Plant for GVRD in Surrey, B.C.; Fire Training Tower in Vancouver, B.C.; U-Haul Storage Facilities in Calgary, Alta.; a design-build in Port Coquitlam, B.C.; Heron Point Condo Resort in Invermere, B.C.; Yankee Valley Shopping Centre in Airdrie, Alta.; etc.  Roman’s responsibilities include tendering, execution, contract administration, planning, scheduling, cost control, monitoring subcontractor’s progress, verification of progress payments and liaison with key client personnel. Mila Khait – Office Manager Mila is our Office Manager, she has been with the company for the last 16 years. She has gained significant knowledge and experience in tendering commercial, institutional, multi-residential and light industrial projects. She is responsible for sending out project invitations and scope of work, distribution of drawings to subcontractors and suppliers
Mila also assists estimators and project managers on a daily basis.

Albert Burnett – Accountant. Albert has over 30 years of experience in Simply Accounting,AccPacc, Quickbooks, Excell, MS Word,Daceasy. He holds 4th levelCMA with a solid background in full-cycle accounting. Albert is responsible for providing monthly costs reports, payment vouchers, financial statements, accounts payable and receivable,WCB and Tax reports, answering customers enquiries and dealing with subcontractors and suppliers concerns. He reports to the Corporate Accountant, Mike Bingham,CA.
